Because we do mostly in-house fabrication, AJW can make many custom products to fit the unique needs of your project. Contact us for more information on custom jobs.
The minute you first contact us, you are assigned your own Relationship Manager who will oversee every aspect of your partnership with AJW. This ensures that you get the most personalized experience possible, creating an efficient and hassle-free process. Your Relationship Manager is the primary contact between you and AJW.
All AJW purchases must go through a qualified distributor. You can contact us at (845) 562-3332 to inquire about AJW representatives and distributors in your area.
AJW recently printed a new catalog! Request a printed copy or download a digital version here.
For technical questions, you can contact your Relationship Manager. If you do not yet have a Relationship Manager, give us a call at (845) 562-3332 for any technical inquiries.
If you’re looking for a career opening or an internship opportunity, we encourage you to fill out an employment application on our Career Page.
If you have an AJW product, your product’s key number should be HL250. You can also measure the cabinet and compare the dimensions with the products on our site to see if you have a match.
Stainless steel is a sturdy and sustainable material that will last for years if cared for properly. Wipe stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth, rubbing with the grain to prevent scratching the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners containing chloric solutions on stainless steel; Formica or window cleaning products are ideal. For more information on cleaning products to avoid, refer to our Corrosive Chemicals sheet.
You should always take care to make sure you are using the right soap in your AJW soap dispensers. Coconut oil soaps should be the only products used in liquid valve soap dispensers. We recommend that you use a standard liquid, non-chloric soap, which should be mixed in a solution of one part water to one part soap. We recommend free-flowing, thin viscosity soaps only.
To properly service a vanity mounted soap dispenser, use the service key provided to remove the upper assembly and fill the bottle from above the vanity. When you are finished, replace the upper assembly and lock it in place.
To fix a clogged or malfunctioning soap dispenser, follow these steps:
Semi-recessing and surface mounted collars are available for most standard AJW cabinets, with a #4 satin finish to match cabinets. Special sizes are available on request.
Before we begin, you must supply quantities and specifications for our review. We will then provide you with a rendering of the proposed product. You must then sign and return the rendering with your purchase order before we begin the fabrication process. (The review process is very important because once we begin fabrication custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.)
Are the AJW toilet tissue dispensers and paper towel dispensers proprietary?
All feminine products must be in individual boxes to be properly dispensed by AJW vendors. Most popular brands will fit in our dispensers. Napkin boxes should be a minimum of 4-1/8 long and ¾ in diameter and a maximum of 4-1/2 long and 1-1/8 in diameter. Tampons should be in cardboard tubes a maximum of 5-1/8" long and ¾" in diameter.
